Our Traditional Primary Care Program was designed to offer patients exceptional quality care in the traditional system. Compared to other practices, we offer longer-duration appointments and transparent pricing. We do not believe in 10-minute visits here and all patients will have the time and space to speak with their provider in a relaxed & unrushed environment. We are currently accepting new patients!

  • This program accepts most insurance payors as well as self-pay

  • Medicaid Patients cannot establish care with us

  • Establish care with us to be your Primary Care Provider

  • Drop-in Visits for non-established patients are available!

Direct primary care Membership program

Our Direct Primary Care Membership Program was designed to alter the entire nature of how healthcare is delivered. Unparalleled access, convenience, and affordability of primary care. This program is a Direct-To-Consumer approach to healthcare that takes insurance out of the equation. We give patients concierge-level access but provide bundled services and cash-based discounts to provide a far more affordable approach to medical care.

  • This program is self-pay only. While you can join with private insurance - we will not bill any insurance on your behalf as part of this program.

  • This program is right for you if you have no insurance or have a high-deductible insurance plan that financially it makes more sense to use cash instead

  • Medicare & Medicaid Patients cannot participate in this program

EMployee Health Clinic

Our Employee Health Program was designed with one thing in mind: to allow employers to provide an affordable, accessible means of obtaining healthcare for their employees and their families. By leveraging our Direct Primary Care program as an employer-sponsored benefit, employees can get prompt medical care at our clinic, occupational health screens, on-site workplace screenings, and more at no cost to themselves. Services are an included benefit regardless of their insurance status with none of the limitations or costs associated with traditional insurance or that is placed on our individual patient program.
