About this visit
Our Urgent Visits are for acute, urgent type needs for when patients can’t get in to see their general primary care practitioner or need an affordable alternative to an emergency room. These visits are in-person evaluations and are intended to be for low complexity needs such as cough, cold, ankle sprains, simple fractures, stitches, rashes, UTI, medication refills, and a variety of other low acuity needs.
Of note: we are not a replacement for an emergency room or your Primary Care Provider. Patients with emergent conditions or chronic type needs may be referred elsewhere. If you would like us to be your Primary Care Provider you will need to establish care with us under our Direct Primary Care Membership Program.

Is this the same as A walk-in Clinic?
In general, our Drop-in Clinic has the same capabilities as any walk-in clinic for low-acuity problems. The difference is we operate on an appointment schedule rather than a first-come / first-serve basis traditionally offered by walk-in clinics. This means that we do not triage your problem on medical necessity in the way that walk-in style clinics might. If you cannot wait for an appointment time to be seen, we recommend visiting an urgent care or ER. If you are able to wait for an appointment simply select an appointment time and we will see you then
Is this the same as urgent care?
Urgent care clinics are similar to our drop-in clinic and walk-in clinics in general, but traditionally will have additional capabilities such as onsite labs, X-rays, and other services that are of benefit to patients with higher medical needs than we provide. If you have complex needs such as dehydration, shortness of breath, or other more urgent type needs that may require onsite labs, x-rays or other services please make your way to a local Urgent Care or ER.
is this the same as primary care?
No. While we actually are a Primary Care clinic, it is intended for established patients only. Our Drop-In clinic is for problem-specific, acute medical problems for those who have not established with us. We will not address any chronic or ongoing needs unless you have established with us to be your Primary Care Provider
If your needs turn out to require a different level of care such as an urgent care, emergency room or your actual primary care provider, you will not be charged for your visit unless services have been rendered
How quickly can i be seen?
We can typically see patients same day/ next day however at times we may book up to 72 hours in advance. Simply request an appointment to get started!
do you accept insurance?
We are currently in the process of getting credentialed with insurance. We will be accepting most major payors soon!
Pricing
All acute office visits have a standard visit fee of $125. Additional charges may apply if any procedures or services are performed. You will be made aware of all costs prior to performing them and all fees are due at the time of service.
