Introduction

Out of high cholesterol medication? Request a prescription renewal from an online clinician when you need it. Includes high cholesterol medications like atorvastatin, fenofibrate, and others. This is virtual care on your schedule, from trusted telehealth providers, with upfront pricing. No appointment or insurance needed.

This is right for you if:

  • You’ve been diagnosed with high cholesterol (hyperlipidemia)

  • You’ve taken your medication within the past 6 months

  • You don’t need to change your dose

  • You’re not pregnant or breastfeeding

  • You are located in Colorado

What's included in this appointment

  • We will renew any high-cholesterol medications that’s worked well for you in the past 6 months. Your clinician won't prescribe new medications or change medication doses.

  • We also will not order lab testing. You will need to seek care with your primary care for ongoing care and adjustments

What you’ll need

Appointments Required

  • You must have an appointment scheduled within 6 months with your regular Doctor starting from your first visit with us.

For each medication:

  • Name of Medication  (Ex: Atorvastatin)

  • Dosage Strength (Ex: 20mg)

  • Frequency (Ex: Once daily)

  • Last time you took your medication

  • Name of Primary Provider who manages the medication

  • A legible photo of your prescription label

For the visit you will need:

  • Access to Google Meet video chat

  • Working Microphone & Camera

  • A working telephone number with reception

  • Preferred Pharmacy (Address / Fax Number)

Additional Information Required

  • Name of Primary Care Provider (If other than Starlight Health)

  • Fax Number for Primary Care Provider (If other than Starlight Health)

  • Valid credit card

  • Personal Demographic information (name, date of birth, phone number, email, etc.)

How it works

  1. Register as a new patient with our practice

  2. Fill out a visit form

  3. Schedule appointment time

  4. Connect with a clinician

  5. Receive refill

Additional information

  • Based on your health information, your clinician may recommend that you see a healthcare provider in person. If that happens, you won’t be charged for your visit.

  • Starlight Health does not bill insurance and we cannot assist patients who are recipients of Medicare or Medicaid.
